topology2: sof-mtl-rt712-l0: modify HDMI_IDs

There is no SDW DMIC or PCH DMIC included in the configuration. Thus the last SDW link ID will be 2 and the HDMI link ID will start with 3. Signed-off-by: Bard Liao <[email protected]>
