Describe the bug
Mac 0.8.29, closing the app shows the shutdown screen that hangs mid-spinner animation and cursor turns into beachball. App becomes unresponsive and must be force closed.

On Windows 11, app version 0.8.30. I found that I was stuck on the Shutting down screen for quite a while. I eventually had to force quit the app & manually end the Tari.exe file in resource monitor as that was still present.

@brianp Tested on MacBook Pro Intel Core i5 on app version 0.8.42 and this does occur intermittently, in order to resolve this, I sometimes need to force quit
