* Add BSQL library v1.1.1.0

* Modify dbcore to use BSQL

* Add missing QDEL_NULL for connectOperation

* Moves BSQL_Shutdown() call to dbcore shutdown

* Fix passing the wrong argument to DBQuery/New()
