1. src of my code, this is for my own use, others can see it and welcomed to clone it.
2. this is my own repo on github.
3. all this migrate from my another repo, that repo now is for another use.
4. to use it on cygwin, we should copy "/usr/share/vim/vim74/vimrc_example.vim" to "~/.vimrc"
5. to commit the code, please use "git config --global user.name "" "and "git config --global user.email "" "
6. it is better to add this to ~/.bash_profile "export PATH=${PATH}:/bin"
7. more csharp code will be added here. And the top level Makefile will only used for C code
