OpenWeatherMap API for DotNet integration language, units and Unicode support

This is an updated version of the main WeatherNet from mlars. This version adds the following features:

• Unicode support for country, city and descriptions,
• new overloaded methods to get the weather with paramaters for language and units (metric or imperial),
• new field to weather model for the icon name support by the OpenWeatherMap API
