Добавляет в игру форс онли событие для иц тушения плазменых пожаров.
Код частично отсюда: tgstation/tgstation#39157
Дым(конкретно тот, что используется в пр-ре) был портирован вместе с блобом и подсистемой дыма.
Причина создания ПР / Почему это хорошо для игры
Удобное и ИЦшное средство потушить последствия плазмофлуда, если такая нужда возникнет.
Тесты
Запустил, выпустил плазму, поджог сваркой. Зафорсил событие, дым моментально все потушил.
