4 msg download (#23)

* added notebook to download and inspect MSG data * continued working on msg downloading * worked on coordinate projection * notebook restructuring * added notebook for MSG visualization * added script for msg download - NOT YET TESTED * fixed typos and docstrings * tested download in notebook * load radiances rather than BT or reflectance * investigated units of data * investigated cloud mask and expanded downloader * added colorbar
