Enabling a wanted widgets section on the site may provide an entry point for individuals interested in improving the Budgie widget ecosystem, out-of-tree, and expand our Showcase.

@rawsh The Haste and Screenshot applet are already on the Showcase. I'll see about adding indicator-sysmonitor though.

As Psensor is very limited in the Budgie panel, without any temperature values being displayed, because it uses appindicator, which is not supported, a widget providing a similar interface would be good.

@cipricus I think that kind of widget would do better inside Raven. Here is a mockup by @villekivela, the cpu monitor is on the right:

Well regardless, certainly worth documenting 👍

@rawsh -- That is nice, but also I would like that widget to be accessible directly from the panel (like the screenshot tool is), with the choice of displaying all the time some value onto the panel, especially the CPU temp.

@cipricus In that case I think we should use lmsensors. Very easy sensor detection and there are many extensions for gnome shell that use it that can be a baseline. My favorite is freon https://github.com/UshakovVasilii/gnome-shell-extension-freon
