ihac features and iHealth2 support

All iHAC features moved into a single ihac script, symlinks can be used to restore compatibility with previous behaviour.

What's Changed

• Added support for qkviewmetadata (f5 support case and other metadata)
• Supports the new iHealth2 authentication via Client ID and Client Secret
• Moved code into single script ihac, modules can be addressed like ihac <module> or a symlink can be created with the naming scheme ihac-<module>
