Football_Scoring_Robot

Twin Football Robots

These robots were created to compete in the Skills Canada Saskatchewan competition. Skills Canada Saskatchewan is a provincial engineering robotics competition organized by Skills Canada and recognized internationally.

Our team ended up winning first place in the regional competition within Regina. We further went on to be the gold medalists in the provincial competition. Finally, we ended up scoring 5th place in the National competition representing all of Saskatchewan.

FEATURES Linear actuator to control inclination angle (on both robots) Front wheel drive system (on both robots) Enhanced leaf blower assembly (right robot) 1/10 inch thick shovel cut and welded to collect in-game objects (footballs) for opint scoring (right robot) Tube created from aluminum sheeting to shoot in-game objects in a net to score points
