Tainted units, graph refactoring, fixes

Updates and fixes:

• Problem with partial applied units. Need add status 'tainted' to units states #224 - added tainted state for units that failed while apply or destroy
• removed option --tf-plan for command cdev plan
• information about usage stats collection moved еo the beginning of execution and log status changed from warn to info
• added option disabled for stack configuration. Set disabled: true to turn off stack
• improved option --ignore-state, now the cdev state pull , cdev destroy, and cdev apply commands execute successfully with this option, even if the saved state has critical errors.
• improved graph: the destroy now execute in parallel if possible , apply process was optimized
• force_apply improved, now it works like a pre-hook with mutex locking, which allows to prevent errors or the wrong order of execution (like this modifying option force_apply does not lead to a unit changes in cdev plan/apply #198).
• Bump github.com/go-jose/go-jose/v3 from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1
• fixed Old links between units are not removed from the state. #212
• fixed cdev plan show <default namespace> instead of namespace  #209
• fixed Wrong dependency in state after resource deletion #204
• fixed Plan is not show diff for files created by 'create_files' options in terraform modules. #191
• added information in error output Add info how to unlock state in the "locked state" error message #189
