I made a little Python script that translates a CWE localisation file automatically via Argos Translate.
I think this will greatly help translation process as some of localisation files have thousands of lines to translate.
I didn't want to bother google so I used Argos Translator which can run locally and faster than Google Translator.
Please merge this PR if you like this script.
