I performed some general refactoring and maintenance on the codebase. In particular - I created a main.py file to store all variables, created some additional SPARQL queries, added a gitignore, switched to EUPL 1.2 license (compatible with GPL 3.0), added dependencies in pyproject.toml file and updated the readme with usage conditions |

I propose to promote the usage of poetry as package manager for interoperability and reproducibility
