When a project is closed, its requirement models should also be closed #10

Steps to reproduce:

Open/create a Unagi project;
Open/create a requirements model, its EMF editor will show;
Close the Unagi project.

What happens:

The EMF editor for the requirements model stays open.

What was expected:

The editor should close with its project. It doesn't make sense to have project files open when the project is closed.
