Alpine Linux for Kindle KUAL Launcher v0.1-alpha2

The Launcher now supports updating itself.

For initial install extract the contents of alpine_kindle_kual.zip into your "extensions" folder (So that in the folder "extensions" there is a folder "alpine_kindle_kual" and in there are a lot of files)
