What does it mean when a bond is empty? A duplicate of a question to be answered

Start Python libraries visualizations project? We already have 26thandcalifornia going. But someone in the meeting suggested that a lot of the data can be visualized with Python libraries like matplotlib. Should this be a separated project?

Housing locations information. We have to start looking into the locations and add meta data like are they really in the jail? Document what they mean like the Sheriff’s Female Furlough Program locations.

Track coming back inmates. Brian is already looking into generating some unique hashes. Also consider that a returning inmate might not get assigned the same race, weight nor height.

Add charges history to the API. This is also one of the issues.

Judges per day. Circuit Court judges.

Parole violations. What happens when the inmate gets caught? Would the current record be updated or a new one is created with a different jail id.
