Potential fix for https://github.com/ryck/scrobblex/security/code-scanning/2

To fix the problem, we need to validate the rating value to ensure it is within an acceptable range before using it to create the string of stars. This can be done by adding a check to ensure the rating value is within a predefined range (e.g., 1 to 10). If the rating value is outside this range, we should log an error and abort the operation.
