Removing these functions from the main API crate and moving them to the new
screeps-game-utilscrate; after some discussion in discord among the active community, we've agreed that 'extra' functions like these and the tower math in #436 are a better fit in a separate crate, to keep this crate as just the code it needs to be.(todo: release of the utils crate before merging this)
