first step of getting more data for #878, and rename a column for clarification.
For now not actually doing anything with the information, we might start showing the duration on a nice page somewhere, or render some reports.
If this would be only for us, we could actually just emit a log and generate reports in datadog,
since I imagine this also for crate authors, I'll put it into the database.
We might also track some of the metrics per target at some point
