Add some details in the prerequisites section for macOS. Taken from the experience we
have when installing a new Mac node for the Github CI.

On the long run, I would suggest instead to follow this self-maintaining approach to use the Github CI instead as source of dependency info: #1018

Thanks @ferdymercury , this is a suggestion I find very useful. So far we did not have anything for mac, before embarking in something new, I would propose to add these instructions, then make your suggestion part of the somewhat larger discussion that has to take place about simplifying ROOT's configuration-building-installation, passing also through instructions and helper scripts.
