Add a sv.Detections.from_gcp_vision() data loader #645

Description

Adds a from_gcp_vision() method to the Detections API in order to load results from Google Cloud Platform's Cloud Vision API into supervision.

Isolated and adapted the GCP Vision dataloader commit from #587. Removed the need for a classes dictionary argument and added docstrings.
