From what I could find there is no Pyside2 KDE patches, so using the open source version of Pyside2 5.15.16 which Qt releases with 1 year delay.
Limiting build threads to 2, otherwise Github killed the job probably due to running out of RAM.
Forcing HTTP1.1 in curl download otherwise one of downloads failed. The curl in Ubuntu 18.04 is quite old, probably it's HTTP2 implementation didn't play well with newer servers.
