As part of retromeet/core#109, clean up login procedure by using oauth2.

Missing:

Fix logout
Figure out client ID/secret generation. Generate once while setting up core?
Remove session views/controllers/tests
Modify terms and privacy policy to reflect this is just a client. Maybe based off pinafore?
