2. Receive meal plan and grocery list via email

How to add new recipes

1. Add new recipes to gohan_dousuru.xlsx
2. Run gohan_dousur.r, an automation to push the changes to google sheets
3. Run gohan_dousuru.py, an automation to update the html and javascript
4. Commit the changes to main branch
