Update hoarder extension

Description

Fixed API compatibility issues with the 'createdAt' field when creating bookmarks after Hoarder version upgrade.

Added support for notes when creating new bookmarks (previously not supported by Hoarder API), along with options to add to favorites or archive.

It looks like something is wrong with the branch and there is a lot of conflicts, could you look into that? Please only commit files that's changed 🙂 If you used the publish command you can also try to delete foru17:ext/hoarder before publishing again
