This is a fix to make some scripting I am doing possible. We always want the vendor and chart names to match across directories, i.e.
packages/<vendoNamer>/<chartName>assets/<vendorName>/<chartName>charts/<vendorName>/<chartName>I think this is the last package where this is not the case.
