Swift 4.2 update

This updates the project to Swift 4.2. It also add support for the Swift Package manager.

This updates the component to the first major version and Swift 4.
Also, there is a new Protocol EliminationMenuItemwhere you can conform to, to use your own types as menu item.

If you need a Swift 3 Version, please use v0.2.0.

No new functionality. Just the language update.
