- Clone into local / download files to local
- Move EIC.pickle file in the same directory
- Move N-glycan library file in the same directory ('N-Glycans_Hua.csv')
- OPTIONAL: create conda env using .yml file (This install all dependencies from each modules imported)
- Change pickle file name in the script [line 61].
- Run script.
- visit http://127.0.0.1:8050/ in your web browser
