Just execute all-init-and-config-by-admin.bat to install and configure top used softwares and tools.

Later or on need

• Execute the optional scripts like cygwin-install-and-config.bat.
• Execute scripts like config-all-cmd-alias.bat and config-git.bat etc. whenever there're changes or updates
