Writing a documentation wiki for this repository is not a priority at the moment, since this is a low-level library used internally by other software.

However, you can still learn about it from three sources:

1. The source code is documented with Doxygen, so you can generate documentation HTML from it.
2. Some functions are described in my notebook documentation page
3. By studying the source code of software using it, like super_distance, amburana, or guenomu (guenomu uses a static, old version of the library)
