First release

First release of the climate feedback diagnostic package for E3SM includes:

• calculate general climate feedbacks using radiative kernel method and cloud radiative kernel method, liquid condensate fraction (LCF), low and non-low cloud feedbacks using Webb method
• plot global-mean, zonal mean and spatial distribution of cloud feedbacks and cloud related variables (cloud fraction, cloud water, cloud ice)
• visualize figures from web page
