  • allow creation of "RO-crate like" folder structures containing metadata and possibly data, based on ISA
  • allow translation into ISA objects without SEEK connection
  • fetch information about a datasets attached sample and experiment and provide method to the the relevant identifier
  • update README
  • remove unused code
