This is a wip PR, not ready for review

Describe what this PR does / why we need it

Improve the pr/issue page readability by

  • Nest comment thread to make it easier to see which comment belongs to which thread
  • Make use of treesitter's syntax highlighting when possible for code snippets
  • Assign different colors to users particpating to know which user is doing what
