First draft version with state:

• Model working, but more research should be done for it's improvement;
• GUI program working, but may be greatly improved in UX and merging the parts of image (smoothing the contours of parts of the image, fixing an error in changing the image resolution);
• Stats working, but they are chaotic and have no documentation;
• It is required to refactor project's structure;
• No documentation.
