module update: add ignore to hrDevice/hrStorage; drop unused mikrotik lookups #1349

module update:

  • add ignore to hrDevice/hrStorage;
  • drop unused mikrotik lookups
  • do not drop hrStorageIndex as hrStorageDescr may be not unique, giving error
  • add storageType to lookup so it is easiert to filter specific device types (i.e. memory).
