Description
This updates the hashrelease pipelines to allow parameterized build via Semaphore.
It also removes
.semaphore/semaphore-scheduled-builds.ymlwhich is used to allow hashrelease built via process to not fail due to missing images. This is not the case anymore as the nightly run build its own images.Related issues/PRs
