这样不太行，应仅有主站点能被搜索引擎索引

可是 ftm.wiki 的 robots.txt 和现在这个 pr 之后的结果是一样的

ci/cd里没指定hugo版本，我猜这是hugo又改了什么特性

这bug来回修好几次了，今晚就安排锁版本）
