Support carriages carry all adjacent blocks that are not air, plus all non-air blocks adjacent to those, and so on while there are more blocks to collect. Their faces can be opened or closed by right-clicking with a screwdriver, or sneak-right-clicking with a screwdriver the face opposite the one to change.
Support carriages have a (configurable) limit to the number of blocks they can carry.
Carriages define the shape of blocks to collect.
Sides of a carriage are either open or closed. Only open sides interact with blocks.
Carriages are created by shapelessly crafting one dye with either one or eight carriage frameworks. Carriages can be returned to frameworks by placing them in a crafting table.
Carriages can be decorated - this causes closed sides to take on the appearance of the decoration block.
