Adding other Pieces components to the save a snippet how to guide

What does this PR do?

This PR updates the save a snippet how to guide to include all the main Pieces platforms (VS Code, Desktop, Web, JetBrains, Obsidian, Visual Studio).

This is part of a docs sprint to create a range of how to guides.

This is the first one of the how to guides, and shows the basic structure. Points to note are:

1. This is a set of simple steps to do one thing only.
2. This uses tabs for each platform. These tabs are linked, so changing the tab in one place will select the same tab in others. This tab is also copied to the query string, so we can link to this page for a particular platform. For example, providing a link to this page using the JetBrains tabs in a JetBrains focused page
3. Images are provided using both the light and dark theme of platform, and the relevant image will be shown depending on the theme of the docs
