We previously ran `npm install` in the Curation Tool directory, but since we no longer include the Curation Tool, this instruction is now moot.

Adds a phyx2ontology.js script that combines all Phyx files in a particular directory and subdirectories into a single JSON-LD file that can be read and reasoned over as an OWL ontology.
