- I would recommend that the FIRST post upload is a CSV that is prepared by OCIO, to minimize error and ensure proper data.
- If you are unable to get a CSV from OCIO, or if you are adding a small group follow steps below.
- Login to VIDA
- Click Volunteers
- Select Country (steps 3-5 are necessary until HQ VIDA reporting tools are reliable)
- Take note of “count #” in lower right hand corner
- Click Reports
- Select PCV Roster (spreadsheet)
- Click Report → Excel spreadsheet will begin to download to computer
- Open File- Check # of Volunteers, if there are fewer volunteers on spreadsheet than in the VIDA Count # you will need to figure out which Volunteers you are missing.
###Uploading a new group of Volunteers to an existing post Often times new volunteers are all represented in VIDA
- Go back to step 3 (above)
- Select Training Group
- Check the Count # for a specific Training group
- Return to the Excel spreadsheet- Format spreadsheet according to CSV template.
- Save as .csv
###Upload CSV into PC Medlink
- Go to: www.pcmedlink.org
- Login as Admin
- Under Bulk Upload click “Choose File” select the .csv file
- Select Country from dropdown menu
- Click “Upload CSV”
