…uperCD. Fix HuCC to pass on the "--sgx" command line flag to PCEAS so that a CD .iso has the "(for SuperGRAFX)" identifier added to the IPL.
…that you don't need to use isolink to make a working .iso for HuCC. Add mesen2 source-level-debugging output to both examples as well.
