I am including the license, license notices at the top of each programming file, I changed the footer copyright notice, and included project markdown files such as contributing, license, and readme.
This is me playing with the formatting of the file so I have a template on how to create Github read files in the future.
Practiced on github, figured out that tabbing is an issue.
Filled in "How to Setup Your Development Environment" and updated table of contents.
Created all the headers for the contributing file.
Updated the table of contents of CONTRIBUTING.md to match the new titles.
This is a temporary update, but I'm ready to make this project open and something better than a todo statement should be there.
