KenyaEMR 17.3.2

This release introduces KenyaEMR v17.3.2.
The release introduces major enhancement in Aligning the new_old facility codes in KenyaEMR
Bulk updating of Regimen Line.
Improvement of Tx_Curr linelist to show age (not DoB)
MER 2.4 to MER 2.5 KP_PREV changes have also been introduced in this release.
Improvement of Patient tracing form and Fast Track Form
Disable p-smart link in KenyaEMR under the provider actions pane.
