KENYAEMR V18.7.0 DQA Version.

In this release we have incorporated the DQA updates from NASCOP. The attachment includes a package for KenyaEMR V18.7.0 to support the National DQA 2023.

Setup instructions

  1. Run this command to setup the instance
sudo sh setup_script.sh

NB:

Kindly use the cleaning scripts to identify the records missing patient type and those with wrong regimen documentation.

  1. Run this command to extract the Regimen data and update.
sh fix_Regimen.sh
  1. Run this command to extract those missing patient type variable and update.
sh fix_Regimen.sh
