(feat) Add ability to make payments

Requirements

• This PR has a title that briefly describes the work done, including the ticket number if there is a ticket.

Summary

This PR adds ability to settle payments. The following scenarios is covered in this PR.

• Make payment for a pending bill. If the bill has been fully paid disable controls for submitting the payments.
• Auto calculate the amount tendered in reference to previous bill

Next steps

• Add ability to complete bills that have to be settled partial initial then completed later on.
• Add ability to pay for individual items
