Python application with a Tkinter interface to detect palindromes in DNA sequences.
In order to use this python application first you need to install the requirements libraries from requirements.txt. Then you only need to run the DNApp.py file and the interface will be displayed.
In the app you can write the DNA sequences that you want to be analyzed or import a txt file with all the sequences. As well, after the analysis, you can choose to save the output in a txt file.
Before the text analysis, you should determine the minimum and maximum length of the palindromes that you are looking for.
