This PR is an addendum to #2135 to fix some last-minute bugs (and a replication of #2194 which is currently exhibiting some CSS weirdness).
In particular:
entityCodesToEntityNames&entityNamesToEntityCodeshelpers now include continents and aggregates, not just countries
