Adds doc to collect best practices for memory-safe by default/non-memory-safe by default language interfacing.
Adds one general practice (thanks @Andrew-Fryer!) and best practices for Rust.
Once this is merged in, I would love to see contributions for the other ecosystems from SMEs.
