feat(table): add icon/label to empty slot

Proposed Changes

• add an icon as default content to the empty slot. The icon can be configured.
  • add emptyIcon prop to Table
  • add emptyIconSize prop to Table
  • add emptyLabel prop to Table
• update empty class from o-table--table__empty to o-table--empty
